Does employee plus one coverage considered as family?
If that plus one is either family or dependent, then it would fall under family coverage. If that plus one means that there are other family members who were not named in the policy (but should have), it means that family did not have the coverage needed and will be subject to penalties, thats assuming all of them are filing a combined tax return.
